How to Apply and Pay

  1. Please complete the details in the Membership Form, and submit your application using the 'Submit' button provided at the bottom of the page.
     

  2. When you have submitted the form below please check your email for the immediate automated confirmation email that you will receive.
    Please click the link in that email to immediately confirm your details. Remember to check your junk folder in case it was automatically placed there.
     

  3. Once you have confirmed your details by clicking the link in the email you have received, please pay your membership fees.

When we receive your membership form details and can match the payment to the form you have submitted online, you will receive a welcome email from the secretary. If you have made a payment and have not had the welcome email within 5 working days, please email us to let us know.

If you wish to pay by Direct Deposit into our bank account, the Bank Account details are shown below and please ensure you use the Reference of MEM YOUR NAME, so we can process it correctly.

To allow members to contact each other, the GDLAWA circulates a members table amongst members who opt in. The table lists dog name, owner name, suburb, email and/or mobile phone number, to allow club members to set up private play dates with each other.
