How to Apply and Pay

  1. Please complete the details in the Membership Form, and submit your application using the 'Submit' button provided at the bottom of the page.
     

  2. When you have submitted the form below a new screen will ask you to select your membership type.
     

  3. Add your membership to cart and check out.

When we receive your membership form details and can match the payment to the form you have submitted online, you will receive a welcome email from the secretary. If you have made a payment and have not had the welcome email within 5 working days, please email us to let us know.

If you wish to pay by Direct Deposit into our bank account as a manual payment, this is an option at checkout.

 

Once you have filled out the form, the Bank Account details will appear, please ensure you use the Reference of MEM YOUR NAME, so we can process it correctly.

To allow members to contact each other, the GDLAWA circulates a members table amongst members who opt in. The table lists dog name, owner name, suburb, email and/or mobile phone number, to allow club members to set up private play dates with each other.
